Like everything we do in our family owned and operated business we believe our warranties must be fair and the best we can offer.

Nobody likes a warranty call especially our customers. Our policy is to always make good any faults or concerns our customers may have. Some things are out of our control but through diligent product selection and attention to detail with installations we have a very low warranty rate per shutter installed, less than 5%.

To our knowledge we have a 100% customer satisfaction and this is a record we intend to keep.

We are proud of our reputation and will always do whatever is possible to make sure our customers are happy long after the cheque has been handed over.

Newcastle Shutters is one of the few companies that have been in Newcastle and the Hunter longer than it's warranties.

Newcastle Shutters has been operating since 1999 and Paul has been installing/selling shutters since 1992. In this whole time nobody involved with Newcastle Shutters has been called to a tribunal or had a customer refuse to pay or be unhappy with their shutters, this is why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our Shutter Installations.
